The transformation of this waterfront location is already underway, with construction having started in late 2024.

Blackbird Modern Asian is the creation of 3 Amigos LLC, a Florida-based restaurant group led by Scott Frielich, Angelo Abbenante, and Cleve Mash. The team first introduced the Blackbird concept in Jupiter, Florida, in 2022, where it quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to pan-Asian cuisine.
