Sharyl Wicks is a highly accomplished sales and marketing professional with over $150 million in career sales, specializing in luxury real estate and new developments. With a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, Sharyl combines her expertise in market strategy and deep understanding of buyers' needs to deliver outstanding results.
Sharyl’s career spans over two decades, with notable success as an on-site sales representative for prestigious communities such as Metropolitan Naples, Miromar Lakes, Naples Square, WCI and Isles of Collier Preserve. Her achievements include generating $40 million in reservations for a luxury high-rise project and closing over $35 million in custom home sales.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Sharyl moved to Naples in 2000 and quickly became an integral part of the local real estate scene. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by riding her bike, going to the gym, and playing golf at Fiddler’s Creek Golf Club along with many other challenging courses around Naples.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics from Brockport State University, Sharyl combines analytical skills with her passion for real estate. She holds an active real estate license and is a proud member of NABOR.
